We&#8217;re looking for someone who\u2019s created websites that strike a perfect balance between aesthetics and usability, and is simply absorbed in creating web app frontends.<\/p>\n<p>You are detail oriented, worrying if an element should be moved even a few pixels. You\u2019re ready to take on both design work and light coding (e.g. CSS\/HTML), comfortable creating elements in Photoshop but equally fluent in the front end of the web stack.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\">The right person\u2026<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Will lead Done.\u2019s UI design. You will have help and support, but ultimately you will be the go-to person<\/li>\n<li>Will bring your vision to life by translating design into HTML\/CSS\/Javascript<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Has deep experience creating web apps &#8211; we&#8217;ll be most interested in seeing what you&#8217;ve made<\/li>\n<li>Is a master of Photoshop; experience with Illustrator also a plus<\/li>\n<li>Is fluent in HTML and CSS; experience with Javascript is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Is highly detail-oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Position includes salary, benefits, and ground-floor equity.
