Developer (PT Hourly)<\/p>\n
eCaring uses digital tools and media to make home health care better. \u00a0The company, an e-health startup based in NY, is seeking a Developer to manage various tasks related to website and product development. \u00a0 \u00a0The Developer will report directly to eCaring’s CTO on a broad variety of tasks, to accelerate and support eCaring’s product launch.<\/p>\n
Primary requirements:
\n\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0For working on our product and services, the Developer should have experience with: php, mysql, jquery, html, css, open source app setup
\n\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0For other components of our system, the developer should have experience with: email template edits, wordpress-based cms edits, html, css, converting graphic designs into web pages, web-based systems setup (such as Google analytics etc.)
\n\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Additional skills that would be useful include: security\/encryption, Linux server admin and setup, email admin, php frameworks, code repository management<\/p>\n
In addition, the Developer should possess:
\n\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0good communication skills to work with a diverse team remotely
\n\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0the ability to work and deliver under startup pressures
\n\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0willingness to be flexible and not averse to taking on new challenges and technologies!<\/p>\n
Pluses include:
\n\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0experience working on digital products, or customer facing websites and products
\n\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0BS degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
