{"id":10617,"date":"2011-10-26T14:44:15","date_gmt":"2011-10-26T18:44:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/itp.nyu.edu\/opportunities\/?p=10617"},"modified":"2011-10-26T14:44:58","modified_gmt":"2011-10-26T18:44:58","slug":"job-project-manager-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/itp.nyu.edu\/opportunities\/2011\/10\/26\/job-project-manager-2\/","title":{"rendered":"[JOB] Project Manager, Carnegie Hall"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Project Manager<br \/>\nDepartment: IT &amp; New Media<br \/>\nReports to: Director, IT &amp; New Media<br \/>\nJob Code: ITPM<\/p>\n<p>We seek a Project Manager who under the direction of the Director, IT&amp;NM and in conjunction with the Associate Director, Information Services and Director, Interactive Services, the Project Manager is responsible for shaping and strengthening Carnegie Hall\u2019s business operations through supporting existing application systems and implementing new technology initiatives.\u00a0 The Project Manager\u2019s principal responsibilities are to:\u00a0 Assist with process of developing the RFP\/RFI for application and online software projects; Create project plans to deliver the proposed approach, including time and cost estimates; and Oversee the design, development and implementation phases of projects, coordinating with the staff and vendors, and always insuring that scope, schedule and budgetary objectives are being met.\u00a0 The Project Manager also plays a hands-on role in the development of applications and databases, including design, coding, report writing, screen layouts, scripting tools and interfaces as required.
