The Producer will work directly with our founder\u00a0Scott Snibbe,\u00a0and other senior business and creative staff to take projects from creative\u00a0ideation through\u00a0execution. The Producer will be a consistent point of contact\u00a0for our clients and partners, providing a friendly,\u00a0intelligent face and voice\u00a0they rely on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a consistent\u00a0contact point for our customers and partners, from initial creative\u00a0consultation, through project\u00a0execution and delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Scott\u00a0Snibbe and business development staff on creative consultations with clients to\u00a0understand their\u00a0needs, keeping detailed notes and files. In these\u00a0consultations your knowledge of our products and technologies\u00a0will be key in\u00a0taking a vague client need, and steering customers to solutions that leverage\u00a0our platforms and\u00a0create a solution for our clients that justifies their\u00a0investment with a tangible return on investment.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the creation\u00a0of proposal materials, including writing proposal copy and managing creative\u00a0staff to produce\u00a0designs and imagery.<\/li>\n<li>Advise Business\u00a0Development staff in real time on possibilities and constraints of Snibbe\u00a0products and\u00a0technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Once deals are\u00a0closed, proactively manage the client relationship through project completion,\u00a0maintaining regular\u00a0contact and a strong positive relationship.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively stay\u00a0up-to-date with internal project, engineering, and creative staff as projects\u00a0are executed to assure\u00a0that projects proceed according to budget, plan, schedule,\u00a0and client expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong on-the-fly\u00a0problem solving ability, to balance multiple factors in real-time during\u00a0creative consultations,\u00a0project execution, and other client-facing\u00a0communications.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability\u00a0to synthesize new interactive concepts, and express them coherently in verbal\u00a0and written\u00a0form.<\/li>\n<li>Strong social and\u00a0emotional intelligence, and a natural ability to make and sustain long-lasting\u00a0relationships,\u00a0including an innate enthusiasm for relationship-building social activities.<\/li>\n<li>Solutions-oriented,\u00a0positive attitude towards problems, conflict, and collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to engage\u00a0with sophisticated and powerful clients in entertainment and corporations on\u00a0equal footing.<\/li>\n<li>A demonstrated eye\u00a0for visual and temporal detail in interactive media, as demonstrated in\u00a0previous work in\u00a0interactive media, film, web development, gaming, or other\u00a0related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive ability and\u00a0interest in creating and improving organizational systems and processes.<\/li>\n<li>A sufficient curiosity\u00a0and understanding of software systems to comprehend how our scalable platforms\u00a0can be\u00a0applied and expanded to meet client needs.<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of\u00a0how to manage the following for proposals and project execution: 2D and 3D\u00a0graphics,\u00a0interaction design, video production, sound effects and music\u00a0production.<\/li>\n<li>B.A. or Master\u2019s in\u00a0any field that demands strong analytical and communication abilities,\u00a0particular media and\u00a0interactive-media related.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During\u00a0a 90-day training period, you will work on real, high-value leads and projects,\u00a0while cross training in\u00a0engineering, creative, project, and business\u00a0development departments to fully understand the Snibbe processes,\u00a0products and\u00a0technologies. After success in that initial period, you will become one of our\u00a0senior staff, driving the\u00a0creative solutions and project execution for\u00a0sophisticated projects and clients.
