Senior Designer \/ User Interface<\/strong><\/p>\n Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Plan and conduct user requirements gathering and analysis.<\/p>\n Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, prototypes, and design specifications.<\/p>\n Communicate research findings, conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually.<\/p>\n Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques including customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery.<\/p>\n Manage the interaction design process, drive decisions, track issues, and assist in estimating resource needs and schedules.<\/p>\n Significantly contribute to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project managers, strategists, and developers.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n Ability to understand customer needs, motivations and behaviors and translate them into deliverables.<\/p>\n Detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n Strong self-management skills as well as ability to work as a contributing member of a multi-discipline team.<\/p>\n Ability to collaborate with other designers and developers to envision and iterate concepts.<\/p>\n Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to web-based sites and applications as well as mobile sites and applications.<\/p>\n Demonstrated experience using web analytics data to inform design decisions<\/p>\n An understanding of major web analytics packages and SEO strategies is a plus<\/p>\n Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Ominigraffle, Fireworks, Photoshop, and Illustrator.<\/p>\n
