Senior Interaction Designers lead research and<br \/>\nstrategy, information architecture, and interaction design to create<br \/>\nsuperb user experiences. Senior Interaction Designers develop and<br \/>\nunderstand the business requirements of our clients then translate<br \/>\nthem into experiences their customers will love.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>* \u00a0 Plan and conduct user requirements gathering and analysis,<br \/>\ncompetitive research, conceptual modeling and usability testing<br \/>\n* \u00a0 Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture<br \/>\nusing participatory and iterative design techniques including customer<br \/>\ninterviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements<br \/>\ndiscovery<br \/>\n* \u00a0 Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards,<br \/>\nscenarios, prototypes, and design specifications<br \/>\n* \u00a0 Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas and<br \/>\ndetailed design rationale both verbally and visually<br \/>\n* \u00a0 Manage the interaction design process, drive decisions, track<br \/>\nissues, and assist in estimating resource needs and schedules<br \/>\n* \u00a0 Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that<br \/>\nincludes visual designers, project managers, product strategists, and<br \/>\ndevelopers.<br \/>\n* \u00a0 Contribute to the definition scope and phasing of project timelines<\/p>\n<p>Requirements\/Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>* \u00a0 At least 5+ years of user interface design experience<br \/>\n* \u00a0 Ability to understand customer needs, motivations and behaviors<br \/>\nand translate them into actionable deliverables<br \/>\n* \u00a0 Detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills<br \/>\nincluding the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines<br \/>\n* \u00a0 Must be a self-starter who will bring original ideas and fresh<br \/>\napproaches to each project they work on.<br \/>\n* \u00a0 Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and<br \/>\nmethodology, particularly as applied to Web-based applications<br \/>\n* \u00a0 Demonstrated experience using web analytics data to inform design<br \/>\ndecisions &#8211; must have an intermediate understanding of major web<br \/>\nanalytics packages and SEO strategies<br \/>\n* \u00a0 Strong self-management skills as well as ability to work as a<br \/>\ncontributing member of a multi-discipline team<br \/>\n* \u00a0 Ability to collaborate with other designers and developers to<br \/>\nenvision and iterate concepts<br \/>\n* \u00a0 Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as<br \/>\nPhotoshop, Illustrator and Visio<br \/>\n* \u00a0 BS\/BA in Design, HCI or related degree preferred<\/p>\n<p>HUGE is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
