Brief Description<\/p>\n
Interaction Designers develop information architecture for all web,
\nproduct, and online interactions. The HUGE process starts with
\ndevelopment of the product’s conceptual model–understanding exactly
\nwho the users are and describing and ranking their goals and
\nbehaviors. Every project at HUGE includes substantial time for
\nresearch and experimentation, phases that are conducted mainly by
\ninteraction designers.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
* \u00a0 Determine a product\u2019s mandate, feature set, and business requirements
\n* \u00a0 Participate in user testing or fieldwork
\n* \u00a0 Develop user personas, scenarios of use, interaction models
\n* \u00a0 Create wireframes and functional prototypes
\n* \u00a0 Document feature behavior in loving, painstaking detail
\n* \u00a0 Collaborate with HUGE teammates, HUGE clients, and third parties
\nto ensure that your solutions survive the development process<\/p>\n
Requirements\/Qualifications:<\/p>\n
* \u00a0 Proven, hands-on ability to apply the methodologies of
\ninteraction design to software development.
\n* \u00a0 2+ years experience designing and documenting windows
\napplications or large-scale web-based applications, involving detailed
\ndesign schematics and business rules.
\n* \u00a0 Proven ability to multi-task
\n* \u00a0 Solid writing and visual communication skills
\n* \u00a0 Familiarity with usability heuristics, relevant HCI literature,
\nand best practice user experience
\n* \u00a0 Knowledge of InDesign or other tool for generating wireframes and
\nbehavior specifications
\n* \u00a0 The precision of an artist and the passion of a scientist<\/p>\n
