Gregersen, the Principal Investigator for a research study on absolute \u201cperfect pitch\u201d and related perceptual abilities is looking for students or alumni with experience in iOS development to work on an exciting team project. Dr. Gregersen, an adjunct Professor at NYU and Head of Genetics at the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research in Manhasset, NY, has been working for over a decade on the genetics of absolute pitch and more recently on related cognitive processes such as synesthesia and the perception of tonality. The project would involve the conversion of existing testing protocols into more user friendly applications for the iPhone\/iPad as well as creating new ones from scratch. The goal is to create an attractive, intuitive and compelling user interface that will create a positive user experience and also collect data for the research study. Good environment for creative thinkers looking to work with a friendly team.
