The successful candidate will be joining a world-class team of industry researchers with a wide variety of disciplinary backgrounds including social scientists, design researchers, interaction designers, human factors engineers, strategic planners, and technology innovators.<\/p>\n The qualified candidate will serve as user experience lead on one of several ambitious technology research initiatives underway at Intel and will contribute from early research phases through to prototype and production. Exceptional dedication, communication and interpersonal skills are an essential part of this role. The successful candidate for this senior staff position will be expected to play an instrumental role in developing the experience design team and capability at Intel. Recognized industry thought leadership, and experience managing design teams and\/or evangelizing for design within a large corporate organization will be considered valuable assets for the position.<\/p>\n If you are passionate about making ideas tangible, have a strong interaction design background (with a focus in HCI\/UI), get excited about user-centeredness in the design process, have an appreciation for technology and find creative inspiration in the constraints imposed by real-world business demands.
