You&#8217;ve just graduated from college, or perhaps you&#8217;re looking for the perfect opportunity to leave your job. This is it.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;re excited about these things:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The future of content creation and curation<\/li>\n<li>Designing product features from start to finish<\/li>\n<li>Designing with big data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be the second designer to join the team and will be doing a bit of everything, both product and new business projects. You will have an opportunity to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.percolate.com\/2012\/design-startup\/\">help shape the company<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>When designing product features you\u2019ll be designing them from start to finish. This means you&#8217;ll begin by working with the wider product team to define the user experience, from here you\u2019ll be rapidly documenting your ideas from sketches to detailed wireframes. You\u2019re next step will be crafting the feature\u2019s visual design and working with the product team to make sure the release goes out on time. If you\u2019re looking for more on our development process\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.percolate.com\/2012\/working-with-an-api\/\">it\u2019s here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Must haves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Super organized self starter<\/li>\n<li>Great conceptual and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Interactive design experience<\/li>\n<li>Insane attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about typography, grids and iconography<\/li>\n<li>Able to spend quality time with Adobe\u2019s tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As for us, we\u2019re all the things you imagine a year old startup to be.
