Product Development is responsible for managing a marketing product&#8217;s life cycle from start to finish.\u00a0 Current products take the form of web sites, mobile apps, hardware installations, social media programs, e-commerce storefronts, etc.<\/p>\n<p>A great intern would be able to support Product Architects in a variety of activities.<\/p>\n<p>Some responsibilities of the Product Intern would be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participating in brainstorms\/workshops\/hot-houses during the development of an idea<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with Product Architects to research and develop business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining internal and external business documents<\/li>\n<li>Creating feasibility assessments based on an evaluation of various technologies<\/li>\n<li>Working with producers to create proposals and SOWs for new client work<\/li>\n<li>Developing prototype hardware and software<\/li>\n<li>Documenting work from the team<\/li>\n<li>Helping to develop and maintain team documentation and coordination processes<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the Hardware Lab<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Product Development Group touches most disciplines in the agency and is the perfect role for a person who is comfortable working with and able to understand the many roles within an agency.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You\u2019re flexible, there are days where we pack boxes to ship out things we&#8217;ve built, days spent writing, and days we deliver presentations to clients<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re enthusiastic<\/li>\n<li>You like to do research, you like to know how things work<\/li>\n<li>You are not timid, you like working on things that are hard<\/li>\n<li>You have excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>You like working with people that have a diverse set of skills<\/li>\n<li>You know about popular technologies (facebook, twitter, foursquare, etc) and their uses and limitations<\/li>\n<li>You have an understanding of various programming languages and patterns<\/li>\n<li>You have some coding experience and have built projects on your own<\/li>\n<li>You have a curiosity around technology and explore it even in you free time<\/li>\n<li>You &#8216;re working towards a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, \u00a0mba-operations, mis, creative technology or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>You have a pleasant attitude<\/li>\n<li>Documentation is your friend<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Spies &amp; Assassins\u00a0<\/strong>is a new creative technology company specializing in the development of intellectual property and new product innovation.
