We wanted to create a community that would help mobile device users communicate better with friends, with business contacts &#8212; and even with strangers who might become friends if you only had a chance to meet them.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.skout.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.skout.com\/<\/a><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\nResponsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Create the vision for developing, communicating, and implementing the user experience and associat<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">ed UI framework and assets on multiple devices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Expertise creating detailed wireframes, sitemaps and user flows<\/li>\n<li>Create mockups to explore new web features and document final design specifications<\/li>\n<li>Help define reporting and perform metrics analysis to inform design\/UX optimization efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering to develop a shared product vision and then begin a process to define the experience and design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Desired Skills &amp; Experience:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Willingness to accept constructive criticism and iterate on designs as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Is skilled in using color, style, typography, icons, visual hierarchy, and the value of story to create helpful and enjoyable solutions for real people.<\/li>\n<li>An active collaborator that is self-motivated and self-directing.
