Innovation Director, Innova Schools (Lima, Peru)<\/p>\n
We are seeking a creative visionary and strategic thinker. From curating the most creative
\nlearning models to developing an strategic approach to education, the Innovation Director is
\na senior-level professional who is relied on to come up with big ideas that meet objectives
\nand help our educators to innovate in new and exciting ways. The Innovation Director at
\nInnova Schools will work with the world\u2019s top educational organizations such as IDEO and
\nKhan Academy, that are actively collaborating with the development of our model.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Strategy leadership: shape Innova\u00b4s innovation strategy. Bring a culture of innovation
\nand design thinking to the organization.
\nInnovation team leadership: launch, maintain and coordinate the innovation team at
\nInnova. Create both physical and emotional space for the innovation team to thrive.
\nGathering inspiration: collect inspiration from the Innova network and through global
\nbenchmarking in education and business.
\nInitiative design: develop and organize new experiments, prototypes and pilots in
\ncollaboration with other team members.
\nMetrics and evaluation: develop, identify and track metrics that measure use and
\neffectiveness of new initiatives.
\nImplementation guidance: support the management team in rolling out innovation
\ninitiatives across all Innova schools.<\/p>\n

\nStrategic and action-oriented: a high lever systemic thinker who can see connections
\nacross the elements in Innova\u00b4s business, and is biased towards making strategy real
\nthrough implementation.
\nEntrepreneurial attitude: openness to experimenting with new ideas and learning from
\nconstructive criticism.
\nDeep empathy for the people around them at all levels of the organization.
\nEffective communicator: can build rapport, influence others, and generate enthusiasm.
