iF\u2019s groundbreaking platform allows you to \u2018window shop\u2019
\nthe most innovative store windows from around the world
\nin real time.<\/p>\n
iF selects and curates the very best windows designed by
\nretailers such as Selfridges, Barneys, brands such as Miu
\nMiu and Stella McCartney, as well as unique boutiques
\nsuch as Jeffrey, New York and 10 Corso Como, Milan.<\/p>\n
We are seeking a self-starter with extensive training in
\nUI\/UX design and front end development. We welcome
\nrecent graduates who excelled at this craft. You will work
\nclosely with iF\u2019s founder and creative director, editorial
\nmanager, social media director, and Managing Director.
\nThis position requires creating new features for the web,
\nbuilding a mobile app, and designing a client-faced
\ndashboard that presents complex information in simple
\ninfo graphics.<\/p>\n
As a senior member of the engineering team, you will
\nhave the opportunity to design and develop features on
\nthe front-end to ensure high-code quality. The focus is
\nto make Imagine Fashion Global Window Shopper user-
\nfriendly and simple.<\/p>\n
You should be able to:<\/p>\n
1. Turn ideas into wireframes into production-ready code
\n2. Create high-quality code use Java Script\/JQuery,
\nHAML, HTML5, Sass\/Compass\/CSS3
\n3. Build in UI\/UX best practices and good design into
\neverything you create.<\/p>\n
4. Work enthusiastically on cross-browser styling for all
\nmodern browsers (plus IE8)
\n5. Use Git comfortably and competently
\n6. Work with Rails (?) on integrating front-end if needed<\/p>\n
