\nBramson ORT College is seeking a real talented instructor with a passion for Game Development and Programming who can inspire, develop, teach, and give direction to capable groups of students as they work through their studies and prepare for their new careers with leading Game development companies.
\nWhile you need to be able to show that you can produce great work and exhibit the correct skills, being able to lead and instruct a group of talented and committed students on the tools used in the industry, enhancing their abilities and ensuring that they can develop strong production values are very important.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:
\n<\/strong>\u2022\u00a0Provide students with the skills necessary to succeed in the Game Design and Programming field
\n\u2022\u00a0Be available to advise and implement Game Design and Programming Laboratory equipment
\n\u2022\u00a0Design, administer and teach Game Design and Programming Courses like Programming Logic and Design, Introduction to Game Design, Introduction to Game Programming, C++ Programming, Game Character Development and Modeling, Digital Lighting and Rendering for Games, Game Software Engineering, Game Engine Architecture, Game Programming Direct3D, AI Game Development, Game Audio Development, Game Development in Java, Multiplayer Game Programming and Development, Mobile Application Development (iOS, Android), Game Console Programming, Programming LINUX Games, Physics and Mathematics for Games
\n\u2022\u00a0Design, administer and teach Game Design laboratory module
\n\u2022\u00a0Maintain a teaching assignment for each module
\n\u2022\u00a0Plan course instructions based upon an approved syllabus\/outline provided to ensure course content and learning objectives are met
\n\u2022\u00a0Distribute a copy of the module calendar to all students at first class meeting
\n\u2022\u00a0Design, administer and grade examinations
\n\u2022\u00a0Actively maintain student retention by keeping accurate daily attendance records, calling absent students,
\n\u2022\u00a0recording absentee information in roster, and communicating any attendance concerns to the Program Chair
\n\u2022\u00a0Be available to advise, tutor and provide other student with assistance as needed
\n\u2022\u00a0Excellent motivational and facilitation skills, high standard of communication skills
\n\u2022\u00a0Excellent organizational skills, effective time management skills
\n\u2022\u00a0High degree of honesty and integrity<\/p>\n

Required Skills and Experience:
\n<\/strong>\u2022\u00a0At Least a MS Degree with 3+ years of teaching Game Design and Programming.
\n\u2022\u00a0Commercial game programming experience
\n\u2022\u00a0C++ Programming, Visual Basic Programming, Java Programming, OO Development, Algorithms for Games
\n\u2022\u00a0Artificial Intelligence Programming for Games, Digital Lighting and Rendering
\n\u2022\u00a0Graphics Programming DirectX\/Direct3D preferred, or OpenGL
\n\u2022\u00a0Game Engine Architecture
\n\u2022\u00a0Ability to apply diverse teaching methods to students of various ages and learning styles<\/div>\n
