JOB DESCRIPTION
\nDom & Tom, Inc, is a full service development studio specializing in emerging technologies for web, social media,\u00a0e-Commerce, interactive, and mobile platforms. We are seeking seeing a Digital Project Manager with 2-3 years\u2019\u00a0experience. Dom & Tom\u2019s Project Managers are responsible for driving projects from the beginning to the end of the\u00a0project life cycle. Candidates must be impeccably organized, cool under pressure and want to work hard with fun\u00a0people. You will work on cool projects with clients from startup level to enterprise, in a faced paced environment. This is\u00a0a full time position with benefits including health, dental, and vision. Salary is commensurate with experience.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\u2022 Lead projects independently through the entire project life-cycle
\n\u2022 Lead multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
\n\u2022 Manage clients and internal\/external teams and clearly communicate project timelines, including milestones,\u00a0deadlines and deliverables
\n\u2022 Adhere to best practices in project management
\n\u2022 Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget by managing project risk and scope as well as\u00a0client expectations<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS
\n\u2022 Thorough knowledge of Digital Project Management with 2-3 years of experience – PMI certification (CAPM or\u00a0PMP) preferred
\n\u2022 Proficiency in all project management principles, methodologies and processes
\n\u2022 Ability to manage cross-functional teams, including creative and technical resources in multiple geographic\u00a0locations
\n\u2022 Strong communication, time-management, leadership and collaboration skills
\n\u2022 Experience managing short and long-term projects in fast-paced, agency environment – digital experience a plus
\n\u2022 Experience with collaborative project management software
\n\u2022 A \u201cno-panic\u201d personality, robust organizational and creative problem-solving skills
\n\u2022 A sense of humor, an open mind, and a passion for doing great work<\/p>\n
