I need a pared-down, simple web site to promote my book, “Stepmonster:
\nA New Look at Why Real Stepmothers Think, Feel and Act the Way We Do,”
\nto be published May 4 by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. I don’t need flash
\nor anything else complicated. One paradigm is www.pauladerrow.com.
\nJust a page with links. HOWEVER, the important thing here is that the
\ngraphics and design all communicate what the book is about and help in
\nits positioning as a different kind of book, a departure from the
\nadvice genre, a book that is more comprehensive, thoughtful and
\nintelligent than the typical “how to” for stepmothers.<\/p>\n
I could send a description of the book to anyone who is interested in
\nthe job. my budget is low since my publisher is not paying for the we
\nb site and I need someone to get started right away.<\/p>\n
