The intern will work alongside the interaction designers, content strategists, and creative directors of the User Experience and Product Design group within TBG.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>Interns at TBG work on &#8220;real&#8221; projects with multi-disciplinary teams. You&#8217;ll serve as the user\u2019s advocate and push for the best possible experience \u2013 one that is simple, intuitive, and brand appropriate \u2013 for TBG&#8217;s varied clients. A quick survey around the department shows us working on the redesign of a global website redesign; a social healthcare product; a streaming media service and several responsive web design projects.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>We&#8217;re looking for someone who has an understanding of user motivations and behavior, as well as design, digital culture, and trends. You should have the ability to create basic wireframes, site flows, and communicate design thinking. You will gain experience creating\u00a0framework models,\u00a0high fidelity wireframes, interaction prototypes, personas, competitive audits, user journeys and brainstorming with multi-disciplinary teams.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div>You should also have an online portfolio for us to check out.
