This position requires the management of both design and production projects, with many opportunities for traditional media, software and technology development projects in house. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of industry developments in leading edge digital media and interactive technology, and possesses the ability to translate that knowledge into innovative, yet pragmatic, designs.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Responsible for:<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Overseeing schedule and workflow for the interactive media and technology design department, its staff, and third party design\/production resources.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Monitoring the design work within the interactive media and technology design department to assure consistency and quality<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Digital design creative direction on multiple projects simultaneously<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Expanding the vision for digital strategy, interactive technology development and the relationship of digital to the built environment \u2022 Leading the experience design for specific ESI client-based projects<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Working with the internal multi-disciplinary design team including physical designers, graphic designers, technical systems designers, writers and researchers<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Building and maintaining collaborative teams in and across departments<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Mentoring designers in career development \u2022 Presenting ideas and designs verbally and visually; both internally and directly to clients \u2022 This job requires domestic and international travel.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Qualifications:<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 At least 10+ years experience working in the field of digital media design and production<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 At least 5+ years experience working in a managerial role.
