As we grow, we are seeking a Senior Producer to join our team and report to our Director of Innovation.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do
\nThe Senior Producer manages digital and physical design projects from start to end, on budget, and on brief. The Producer is the central figure in every project. Clients and internal team members rely on the producer for all aspects of the project: what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Define the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget)
\n\u2022 Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
\n\u2022 Manage multinational teams of visual designers, writers, interaction designers, and programmers helping to evolve creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables in a way that balances client requirements with team growth and morale
\n\u2022 Identify resources and assist in the selection of new personnel
\n\u2022 Lead and inspire the whole production team by communicating a clear vision of the effort
\n\u2022 Serve as the main client interface on projects, helping define vision, clarifying strategic requirements, explaining complex ideas clearly, and managing expectations
\n\u2022 Be the primary contact for clients
\n\u2022 Lead and direct meetings and conference calls
\n\u2022 Communicate effectively project issues and resolution to the client and internal team
\n\u2022 Play a dual role of client advocate and production team advocate
\n\u2022 Deliver the best product possible<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ve Got
\n\u2022 Previous experience (2-4 years) as an interactive producer or similar
\n\u2022 Software QA Experience
\n\u2022 Experience managing project budgets over $300,000
\n\u2022 Experience managing marketing, creative or technology projects
\n\u2022 Experience developing Statements of Work
\n\u2022 Experience managing clients (external or internal) on project scope and delivery
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills
\n\u2022 Familiarity with web development technologies
\n\u2022 Excellent problem solving ability; responsive and flexible
\n\u2022 Ability to effectively set up the presentation of creative work
\n\u2022 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. PMI certification a plus<\/p>\n
