A minimum of five or more years of functional systems or database development or related analysis experience is required. Strong technical presentation skills are required. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships built on mutual vision, trust, collaboration and accountability without direct lines of authority. Must be able to adapt interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with different audience types (e.g., clinicians, operations leaders, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Deals well with ambiguity and a fluid environment; excellent at prioritizing and balancing conflicting and\/or competing priorities; to make independent decisions and judgments in keeping with the level of the position, and plan, prioritize, balance, and review a variety of projects that must be completed simultaneously and on time.
