Assistant\/Associate Professor Position<\/p>\n
The Media Arts Department at LIU-Post seeks an exceptional individual for a tenure-track position teaching\u00a0\u00a0in\u00a0\u00a0an undergraduate department that offers majors in Electronic Media , all forms of Journalism, and Public Relations. We are looking for a person who will take a major role in assuring that our programs remain technologically and conceptually current in our global, digital world. As a small department with three growing programs, we require a\u00a0candidate who is versatile-able to teach basic video and audio production to beginning students, and also able to introduce\u00a0\u00a0more advanced students to web\u00a0\u00a0and multimedia application. Familiarity with correct writing , reporting and scripting styles, and formats,\u00a0\u00a0including AP, is a necessity .<\/p>\n
