\nKPCB Design Fellows Program and we\u2019d like to share this opportunity
\nwith you.<\/p>\n
\ninnovative startup companies located in Silicon Valley, beginning with
\nthe summer of 2013. \u00a0The goal of the Fellows Program is for students
\nto gain significant experience working on some of the most unique and
\nchallenging design problems, and to develop new and meaningful
\nrelationships.<\/p>\n
\ndesign abilities through paid employment and mentorship by design
\nexecutives within a startup company. In addition, the Design Fellows
\nwill also spend time with KPCB\u2019s Design Council – Zach Klein, DIY;
\nSahil Lavingia, Gumroad; Elle Luna, Mailbox; Gentry Underwood,
\nMailbox; Marcos Weskamp, Flipboard; Wesley Yun, Samsung; Matt Beebe,
\nTylr Mobile.<\/p>\n
\ninvited to exclusive events hosted by KPCB-funded companies, where
\nthey can meet other talented designers, network with design
\nluminaries, and explore the San Francisco Bay Area. To ensure that
\nDesign Fellows have the best possible experience during the summer,
\nthe program will accept only a limited number of top applicants. KPCB
\nanticipates having 10 Design Fellows for the summer 2013 program.<\/p>\n
