1. Submission of Application<\/b><\/p>\n
(A) Required Documents<\/b><\/p>\n
1) Prior to filling out the application form, enter your basic information online as following.<\/p>\n
– visit http:\/\/applicant.hongik.ac.kr <\/b>\u27f6 click MENU(Input)<\/p>\n
– sign up to be a member \u27f6 login \u27f6 input basic information (faculty position, contact number, address,\u00a0educational background) \u27f6 click SAVE \u27f6 logout<\/p>\n
\u203b No need to go further than the first page (ONLY step 1 basic information is required)<\/p>\n
2) A hard copy of the completed online application<\/p>\n
(Visit http:\/\/applicant.hongik.ac.kr to download your completed application form)<\/p>\n
3) Original copy of diploma(s) for each degree earned<\/p>\n
4) Original copy of official transcript(s) for each degree earned<\/p>\n
5) A copy of certificate of employment for all the jobs stated in the application form<\/p>\n
6) A copy of all the portfolios stated in the list of research<\/p>\n
7) 2 Letters of recommendation sealed and signed<\/p>\n
8) A copy of the first two pages of current passport (if available)<\/p>\n
9) A copy of both front and back sides of Alien Registration Card (if available)<\/p>\n
Please note that<\/b><\/p>\n
1) all the documents should be written either in English or in Korean (All documents written in languages other\u00a0than Korean or English should be translated into Korean or English and attached to the original copies)<\/p>\n
2) scanned copies of the documents sent by e-mail will NOT be accepted<\/p>\n
3) original copies of diploma(s) and official transcript(s) will be returned after finishing evaluation.<\/p>\n
4) hongik University may request for an apostilled (or notarized) Criminal Record Check after the employment<\/p>\n
(B) Submission of Documents<\/b><\/p>\n
