This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get part-time experience with both a highly acclaimed mobile application and a data platform that serves multiple distribution channels.\u00a0 It\u2019s a foot in the door at a growing company with bright prospects in the exciting Smart Cities space helping to satisfy a daily chronic need for millions of urban travelers.\u00a0 We\u2019re looking to get someone started for just a few hours a week, potentially scaling up over time. Although it isn\u2019t necessary for the successful applicant to be located in New York City, where we are headquartered (the job can be done remotely), an added benefit is the opportunity to inspect the Roadify transit displays following events at venues including Brooklyn\u2019s Barclay\u2019s Center, new home of the Brooklyn Nets and where many major artists have performed or will be including the Rolling Stones, JayZ, Lady Gaga, Rihanna and others.<\/p>\n<p><b>Primary duties<\/b>:<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor transit agency data updates and upload new data into the Roadify database in order to ensure timeliness and integrity of data.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Load data from new markets and agencies, and perform QA to \u201cclean-up\u201d anomalies and reconcile data issues with Roadify platform and app reporting requirements<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Create workflow processes to ensure that updates are properly scheduled and not missed<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Create workflow processes to periodically spot-check reported schedules and arrivals in order to maintain high quality of service and identify issues before customers and end users find them<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Establish direct relationships with transit agencies in order to trouble-shoot and solve data problem.
