We work with Fortune 500 companies\u00a0that know they need to change and startups with big ambitions.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Spring Internship<\/b><\/div>\n<div>We are seeking unique individuals who sit at the intersection of right brain creative\u00a0thinking and left brain strategic analysis to collaborate with Co:Collective\u2019 team members\u00a0on various innovation projects for our clients.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As an intern with CoCollective, you will be responsible for:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Developing powerful company, category and consumer insights, and synthesizing\u00a0your observations in a way that help elevate our clients\u2019 brand story.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Monitoring (and having thoughtful opinions on) the changing digital landscape,\u00a0including social, mobile and emerging trends.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Contributing to the development and definition of products or platforms that<\/div>\n<div>create value for the brand.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Candidates should have:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 A passion for marketing innovation, with a proven ability to think commercially,<\/div>\n<div>strategically and creatively.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Breadth of experience\/ diverse background, as well as a natural inclination to<\/div>\n<div>explore and articulate the bigger picture.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Creative passion\/ storytelling skills. The degree to which your career path has<\/div>\n<div>allowed you to professionally flex your creative side matters less to us than<\/div>\n<div>understanding what you\u2019re capable of, and seeing your ability to express your<\/div>\n<div>thinking in a compelling way. Our strategic work becomes embedded in the brands\u00a0we work with, so the ability to collaborate with (internal and external) creative\u00a0partners to inspire and build out ideas\/ products is extremely important.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 An ability to move seamlessly from high altitude thinking to the tangible\/ practical.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Readiness to defend your gut feel \u2013and able to support it with commercial and<\/div>\n<div>strategic rationale.
