Job Description
\nThe designer will work on a wide range of design and production projects related to L2 Think Tank’s research and marketing efforts. This position is very hands-on and involves the design and implementation of brand and marketing collateral including:<\/p>\n
Research.\u00a0Layout of L2\u2019s Digital IQ Index reports, including the
\ncreation of charts, infographics, and case study screen shots.
\nBrand Materials.\u00a0The design and production of presentations, proposals and web content.
\nSocial Media.\u00a0Content updates and implementations of marketing campaigns on L2\u2019s website
\nand across L2\u2019s social media properties.
\nEmail Marketing.\u00a0Assist marketing staff in creating compelling emails to L2 database.
\nEvent Materials.\u00a0Signage, name badges\/plates, presentations, web updates, banner ads, etc.
\nOrganization.\u00a0Maintain organized files for all creative collateral including icons, speaker and
\nstaff headshots, logos, videos, and L2 press coverage.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\n\u2013Bachelor\u2019s degree in Graphic Design\/Design Communication or equivalent work experience.
\n\u2013Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator\u2014must know how to create and use style sheets.
\n\u2013Creativity, attention to detail, and neatness in execution of design projects.
\n\u2013Proficiency with HTML and CSS a definite plus.
\n\u2013Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
\n\u2013A self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility for his\/her projects, works well with others, and is comfortable in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.<\/p>\n
