The end result for clients is value.<\/p>\n<p>Job Overview:<\/p>\n<p>Annalect is looking for an Experience Lead to join our product team. Applicants should have a passion for<br \/>\nlean UX, sketchboarding, mobile UX, data visualization, and agile development. You will be working with<br \/>\nour experience design team and product team to deliver marketing technology, big data, and innovative<br \/>\ninterfaces.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities Include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>User and stakeholder research<\/li>\n<li>Agile interaction design \u2013 we\u2019re a lean UX shop. We research, sketch, build, usability test, repeat. We\u00a0sketch with pen and paper! There\u2019s no room for shiny, high-fidelity wireframes here \u2013 we want the\u00a0right design, fast \u2013 not a shiny deliverable.<\/li>\n<li>Usability testing \u2013 early and often!
