\nHere is the job description for UI\/UX Designer :<\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

An entry-level UI & UX designer assists with concept ideation, wireframing and graphic designs for digital products and service. The person in this role must have good client facing skills, and outgoing demeanor and an enthusiasm for organization and delivery. Designers would be expected to work with clients, marketers and business analysts to capture the requirements of a project and then translate them into a set of screens on a digital application. Designers should be knowledgeable able the mobile, social and web 2.0 space and draw upon their knowledge when ideating on new designs.

The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate – must be flexible and able to work efficiently under pressure and quick deadlines. He\/she would be expected to take direction well and also provide innovative solutions to the team. The team member would be expected to confidently manage a project from concept to completion.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0Must have a BA in Graphic Design, UI Design, Visual Communications or other relatable major<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0UI & UX Knowledge<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0Strong understanding of typography<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0Interest in Web, Mobile, Social Media<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0Critical Design sensibility<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0Customer presentable as this work happens onsite with customers<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0Excellent note taking abilities<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0Comfortable developing & presenting ideas (brainstorming on a whiteboard)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0Ability to sketch ideas and assist with storyboard creation<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0Creative and collaborative personality<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0CSS and web design knowledge is a plus<\/span><\/p>\n
