What we are looking for?
\n\u2022 Junior to mid-level project manager
\n\u2022 2-5 years experience in project management or product development
\n\u2022 Experience in an agency environment preferred
\n\u2022 Passion for business, design, technology and products
\n\u2022 Excellent writer (we are not kidding about this one)
\n\u2022 Friendships have ended because you are so detail oriented (we are\u00a0definitely not kidding about this either)
\n\u2022 BA or BS Degree
\n\u2022 Positive, accountable, energetic<\/p>\n
What will be your typical responsibilities, initially?
\n\u2022 Develop project plans, create task lists, track team member\u2019s time, write\u00a0status reports and confirm everyone is hitting their milestones to deliver
\nprojects on time and profitably.
\n\u2022 Schedule internal and client meetings of which you will participate
\n\u2022 Prepare presentations for client meetings and write up detailed meeting\u00a0minutes to track key decisions.
\n\u2022 Assist user experience designers, visual designer and content developers\u00a0to develop requirements, scope projects and QA project deliverables.<\/p>\n
What will be responsibilities would we like you to grow into?
\n\u2022 Continue to deliver on all your project management responsibilities
\n\u2022 As you prove out your project management skills, we will turn to you to\u00a0assume greater budget responsibilities. You will guide (not merely assist)\u00a0both clients and Analogous through each phase of the design process.
\n\u2022 Insure that everyone has the necessary tools and knowledge available to\u00a0make informed decisions.
\n\u2022 Lead meetings and client communication on projects
\n\u2022 Write elements or entire proposals for new business and be part of sales\u00a0process.
\n\u2022 Identify new responsibilities and opportunities for you to grow\u00a0professionally.<\/p>\n
