Our Experience Design Rotational Development Program (XD RDP) is a 2-year program dedicated to\u00a0providing you with a unique combination of skills, experiences, and connections to kickstart your\u00a0career as a designer and leader. Through four, six-month rotations in different roles and teams\u00a0throughout the company, you will work on some of the most important and exciting business projects,\u00a0and make a significant impact. RDP Associates have pioneered innovative technologies and\u00a0processes, built new businesses from the ground up, and developed creative campaigns to enter new\u00a0markets and grow our business.<\/p>\n
You will develop a deep expertise in visual design — bringing designs to life, and evoking positive\u00a0customer experiences through effective visual presentation — and will also have the opportunity to\u00a0develop a broad set of complimentary skills in areas such as interaction design, user research, content\u00a0design, marketing, product management, business strategy, and leadership.<\/p>\n
In addition to these challenging projects, you will learn from both senior leaders and experienced\u00a0managers who encourage and foster your personal and professional growth, as well as from other\u00a0RDP Associates who share the same drive and passion that you have. With XD RDP, you’re not hired\u00a0to just do a job, you’re being developed by the best leaders and mentors we have, to lead change,\u00a0create innovative ideas, and delight customers. What we are looking for<\/b><\/p>\n
We welcome upcoming graduating students with degrees related to graphic, visual, communication\u00a0design, or equivalent — who will have graduated by July 2013, with:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong portfolio showcasing innovative graphic, web, and\/or application design work.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mastery of current design tools for creating visual assets, mockups, and prototypes (i.e. Adobe\u00a0Creative Suite — Fireworks, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Deep knowledge of relevant design and industry trends.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong customer focus, and experience with user research methods and best practices.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to effectively articulate design thinking to both technical and non-technical audiences.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities to build strong, collaborative relationships.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong analytical problem-solving skills, and business acumen.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Solid academic record, minimum GPA 3.0.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Willingness to be geographically mobile during the 2-year program.<\/p>\n

Mountain View, CA — but may have rotations at other Intuit sites as well (such as San Diego, Waltham,\u00a0Woodland Hills, Plano, and beyond).<\/p>\n
