In addition to the below, we work exclusively with Medical Centers to help them get accreditation so that they can obtain Medicare\/Medicaid dollars from the government.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>CAFM products in general are made to help clients manage real estate properties including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Portfolio(tenant leases, contracts, landlord obligations, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Space(Interior space planning and move management)<\/li>\n<li>Asset(Computers, furniture, fixtures and equipment)<\/li>\n<li>Facilities(routine, deferred, and capital maintenance)<\/li>\n<li>Human Resource(persons, telephone numbers, e-mail, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Joint Commission Accreditation-Life Safety Plans, Medical Gases, Evacuation routes, dampers, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These modules function as an integrated whole. CAFM systems provide a fully functional CAD environment, with integrated database functions, a report writer and an interface builder.
