The animator will work with our artists, designers and developers to create software that is beautiful and fun.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create sketches and storyboards in collaboration with creative team.<\/li>\n<li>Generate beautiful and fluid character animations based on 2d artwork.<\/li>\n<li>Create additional background and prop artwork as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Character animation. Working with flat 2d stylized designs, the animator needs to breathe life into our characters. This requires an ability to generate smiles and giggles through movement.<\/li>\n<li>Motion graphics. Ability to create beautiful and whimsical transitions based on 2d designs.<\/li>\n<li>Artwork. Ability to extrapolate existing artwork and mimic its style.<\/li>\n<li>Technical. Mastery of Adobe Flash and related digital media tools. Good understanding of digital animation fundamentals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Also an asset:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Genuine enthusiasm for learning new skills and making beautiful software.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience preparing assets for mobile applications.<\/li>\n<li>Editing expertise using Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar software.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with 3d tools such as Maya, Blender, or Unity.<\/li>\n<li>Sense of humor of a six-year-old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic team to bring smiles to a whole lot of kids. You&#8217;ll be joining an experienced team who have created dozens of award-winning apps, websites and games for young children. Our studio produces magical, high-quality apps for children. We believe technology can play a positive role in kids lives.
