JOB DESCRIPTION<\/b><\/p>\n
POSITION: Lead Developer<\/p>\n
JOB PURPOSE: Translate team goals into useable prototypes and products.<\/p>\n
JOB DUTIES:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Participates in brainstorming workshops<\/p>\n
\u2022 Conducts and compiles tech research, translates findings into universally accessible\u00a0formats and reports to be shared with team<\/p>\n
\u2022 Forecasts technology needs and timetables, breaks down and plans easily understood\u00a0documentation, technology processes, workflows and tasks for multiple team members<\/p>\n
\u2022 Develops programs, applications, prototypes and products that are key to company\u00a0progress.<\/p>\n
SKILLS\/QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\u2022 Higher education background in technology, computer programming, computer\u00a0science and other related fields<\/p>\n
\u2022 2-4 years experience in versatile senior programming<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experiences developing software and apps for web and mobile platforms<\/p>\n
\u2022 Skill Spheres: <\/b>Experience\/ability to understand and program or project manage\u00a0tasks relating to any or all of the following:<\/p>\n
– TEXT: <\/b>Deep understanding of the unicode standard, fonts, SMS, MMS and\u00a0how they work across mobile and web-based platforms such as text\u00a0messaging, Twitter and Facebook.<\/p>\n
– iOS<\/b>: <\/b>Building applications in Objective-C on the iOS platform. Experience\u00a0with other platforms is a plus.<\/p>\n
– GEO: <\/b>Location-based technology. Experience using the iPhone iOS api to\u00a0incorporate GPS functionality a major plus.<\/p>\n
– INTEGRATION: <\/b>Integration of content across multiple existing platforms\/social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)<\/p>\n
– ANALYTICS: <\/b>software to generate metrics\/analytics based on measuring\u00a0user activity<\/p>\n
– GRAPHICS SOFTWARE: <\/b>image or video creating\/editing software, web,\u00a0mobile or otherwise<\/p>\n
– DIGITAL VALUE<\/b>: <\/b>online money\/credits and other forms of digital currency\u00a0and trading<\/p>\n
– PROJECT MANAGEMENT: <\/b>experience orchestrating and managing\u00a0technology development processes<\/p>\n
