We teach, mentor, and grow the best and brightest, so they become leaders in the field.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>mcgarrybowen is seeking a Sr. Interactive Online Media Developer.\u00a0 A Sr. Interactive Online Media Developer has 5+ years work experience using Flash and HTML, which can be shown through animation and\/or code samples. They possess a strong sense of timing and pacing through scripted or timeline animation. This candidate\u2019s primary responsibility is to work from storyboards to create (from scratch) both Flash and HTML5 banners in accordance to the provided specs. They have a strong understanding of optimization techniques and tween engines. They have ample experience working with third-party vendors including doubleclick and Pointroll, as well as incorporating third-party APIs into projects (where appropriate). Candidates are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and working\/coding in the Flash IDE or with external AS files.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The candidate possesses good verbal and written communication skills and past experiences that have fostered teamwork and collaboration. A desire and excitement to explore new technology is also required.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Candidate will work with the Tech Lead and Interactive Art Director to assess the feasibility of the creative work they are trying to execute. They should be able to write code that is flexible, scalable and reusable. They are proficient in executing solutions researched online.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The candidate should have experience leading and mentoring a team of other developers to help trouble-shoot and improve their work.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include:<\/strong><b>\u00a0<\/b>(examples listed below)<\/p>\n<p>\u2248\u00a0Client Management: Candidate will sit in on client calls and may be asked to answer questions pertaining to their projects.<\/p>\n<p>\u2248 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills. Must be able to interact and collaborate on an individual or group setting.<\/p>\n<p>\u2248 Project Management\/Execution: Must be able to deliver projects within a designated timeline. They should code their projects to be scalable and dynamic to allow for easier updates\/revisions.<\/p>\n<p>\u2248\u00a0Must be able to assist producers in areas regarding project timing and requirements.<\/p>\n<p>\u2248\u00a0Advertising Skills: They should have an understanding of key market terms and trends.
