They work in a highly\u00a0collaborative environment with other members of the User Experience team, as well as Strategy, Creative and Technology. \u00a0Our Interaction Designers are passionate about user-centered\u00a0design and optimize UX solutions from project strategy through execution.<\/p>\n<p>Requires skills and attributes:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge: Understanding of user motivations and behavior, interaction design, digital culture and trends. Should eat, live, and breathe digital and new technologies<\/li>\n<li>Craft: Experience creating user experience deliverables including but not limited to wireframes, site maps, interactive prototypes, personas, competitive audits and user\u00a0journeys. Have the ability to ideate through sketching. Must serve as the user\u2019s advocate and push for a simple, innovative and usable UX. Mobile experience\u00a0highly desired<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration: Thrives working with a multi-disciplinary team from concept to fruition. \u00a0You promote an exchange of ideas and develop world-class executions<\/li>\n<li>Communication: Ability to clearly communicate interaction design solutions to both internal teams and clients<\/li>\n<li>Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience working as a UX professional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>Applicants via phone will not be accepted.
