LIVE VIDEO COMPOSITING ASSISTANCE<\/div>\n

I<\/div>\n
N NEED OF HELP: operating openFrameworks-based live video compositing software. \u00a0C++ experience.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
PROJECT BRIEF: As part of a larger installation that explores youth and youth culture as commodities and scarcity resources, I’m producing a narrative video that will involve dynamically compositing live actors with existing assets.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
SEEKING \/ QUALIFICATIONS:<\/div>\n
– An artist or programmer who can help me operate open source video software<\/div>\n
– Someone who is comfortable working with C++ and openFrameworks<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/div>\n
– Independently learn the software<\/div>\n
– Integrate the software into production work-flow<\/div>\n
– Test the software and think through its use during the shoot<\/div>\n
– Operate the software during the shoot<\/div>\n
– Think through any potential issues with post-production\/editing<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
GOAL: Deploying real-time compositing software during a video shoot in late July or early August.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
TIME-LINE:<\/div>\n
– Pre-production: Now-mid-July<\/div>\n
– Video shoot: late July-early August<\/div>\n
– Post-production: August<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
COMPENSATION:<\/div>\n
– My budget for the project is fairly small<\/div>\n
– In exchange for time, I can offer a modest fee and an artwork in trade<\/div>\n
– You would also receive a production credit in the video and on any associated materials.<\/div>\n
