You will apply user-centered design methods to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into world class user experiences.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of industry experience as Information Architect or User Experience Architect<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing or leading other information architects<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience with ecommerce websites and mobile devices<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of principles of information organization, user interface design, and usability principles as well as cutting-edge design interactions<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on creation of annotated wireframes, site maps, user flows, and design specifications<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with HTML 5, JavaScript, and CSS design capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the technical and non-technical staff<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with marketing and advertising strategists, e-Commerce technology counterparts, project managers, Creative Directors, designers, and analysts<\/li>\n<li>Bachelors degree in Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, HCI, or equivalent experience is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience with International sites a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the luxury, retail and\/or fashion space is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have any interest please send me your resume along with current salary to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:myrna.newman@ralphlauren.com\" target=\"_blank\">myrna.newman@ralphlauren.com<\/a>.
