You have experience in leading and growing a team and understand how to work within a Lean product environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n5+ years in large-scale product development (building web applications)<br \/>\n2+ years leading a team of back-end Engineers and front-end Engineers<br \/>\nOur tech stack is Python using the Django framework and Jinja2 template engine, MySQL (Percona Server), Nginx, hosted on Amazon AWS, but as a growing company we are open to other and new technologies<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><br \/>\nYou&#8217;ve worked with startups and\/or small companies.<br \/>\nYou like kids and their parents.
