The New Yorker is at once a classic and at the leading edge.<\/p>\n<p>Required qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Solid understanding of MVC approach to frontend architecture<br \/>\n\u2022 Expert in hand written and framework based mobile first, adaptive CSS<br \/>\n\u2022 Expert in vanilla JavaScript, libraries like jQuery and DOM APIs<br \/>\n\u2022 Solid understanding of advanced HTML5 and other features of modern web applications<br \/>\nBonus qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Solid understanding of the latest community defined web performance principles and tools to implement them<br \/>\n\u2022 Solid understanding of REST principles and experience using REST APIs<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience with WordPress<br \/>\n\u2022 Working knowledge of PHP<br \/>\n\u2022 Working knowledge of Git<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to write usable documentation<br \/>\nAbout Cond\u00e9 Nast Cond\u00e9 Nast is renowned for provocative, influential, award winning content-across brands, across platforms, and across continents.
