–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Should be able to lead requirements gathering and management process for core software project<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Lead all \u00a0work with Product Owners and offshore development teams to create, manage and clarify business requirements<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Should have IT technical background for proper user stories planning with development team leaders<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Requirements gathering through direct Product Owner \u00a0interviews as well as formal and informal sessions<\/p>\n
