A major contributor to the project team, the interaction designer investigates user needs, motivations and behaviors and translates them into interface design. Their mission: to grant people the kind of power and pleasure that can only come from a perfectly designed user experience.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>What you will learn.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Trainees are immersed in the way Huge does UX, ranging from high-level concepts, to process, to client-facing deliverables. More specifically trainees learn about structure, scenarios, wireframing, prototyping, and everything in between. There is a big emphasis on collaboration and most school work will be done in multidisciplinary teams with VD, PM, and Tech.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Huge User Experience School trainees participate in a 10 week training program, after which trainees may be transitioned into a full time Associate Interaction Designer role.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>This is what will help you succeed.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A brain that never stops thinking about how to create the perfect user experience<\/div>\n<div>A love of the big picture as much as tiny details<\/div>\n<div>The belief that the best web sites are those that tell stories<\/div>\n<div>A proven ability to multi-task<\/div>\n<div>Always ready for a healthy debate<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0Does this sound like you?<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Here is what you need to apply.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Resume<\/div>\n<div>A video (one minute or less) explaining why you would be great for the Huge UX School!
