Digital Design Services<\/p>\n
Sally Hershberger Professional Hair Care is a high growth professional hair care company\u00a0looking for creative design services to support the company\u2019s online brand presentation with\u00a0a focus on social media. Assignments are in the areas of Facebook, website imagery, eblasts,\u00a0YouTube graphics, and banner advertising. We need our creative partner to understand Sally\u2019s\u00a0unique approach to beauty and her haircare company\u2019s brand positioning to translate that into\u00a0impactful, artful, and fresh creative. The role will not only be concept driven, but hands-on\u00a0as well. The marketing team will provide strategic direction and preliminary content with the\u00a0expectation that the creative materials will be a successful blend of copy and imagery.<\/p>\n
Time Commitment<\/p>\n
This role is part-time with minimal meeting time required. The hours are flexible and will total\u00a0between 5 \u2013 15 hours per week. Also, we can commit to a monthly number of hours. There is\u00a0the possibility that this role will evolve into a full-time position.<\/p>\n
Requirements include:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Proven record of design excellence, creative thought processes and problem-solving\u00a0techniques.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Keen attention to details.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Skills in modern graphic design, layout and typography with copywriting skills\u00a0considered a major plus.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Able to work well under deadlines and in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to shoot and retouch photography is a plus.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Interest in the beauty and\/or fashion industry is ideal.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Computer Skills:<\/p>\n
o Strong understanding of latest interactive and social tools<\/p>\n
o Demonstrated competence using Adobe Creative Suite 5 (especially In Design,\u00a0Illustrator, and Photoshop).<\/p>\n
o Working experience creating web solutions using Java, Flash, Flash scripting,\u00a0HTML emails.<\/p>\n
