Text is in Word, B&amp;W drawings need scanned, color images already scanned. Design is already created in paste-up.<\/p>\n<p>Project:<\/p>\n<p>Make a &#8220;scrolling video&#8221; of rolling ocean with 12 different boats and creatures,\u00a0 bobbing successively by 12 different islands, set to music.<\/p>\n<p>Music is chosen, 12 still drawings are complete.<br \/>\nNeed to connect all the oceans and animate the boats<\/p>\n<p>Ideal result:\u00a0 A video that could be finger scrolled across a screen and the music\u00a0 and images would go faster or slower depending on how fast it was scrolled&#8211;like a music box.<\/p>\n<div>Eventually:<\/div>\n<div>A website to sell posters, books, monographs, and prints. (some of it downloads)<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>I can pay for help, but I probably cannot pay professional rate. Negotiable.<\/p>\n<p>J.
