You will shape the core product and user experience of True Link&#8217;s banking service for the elderly (a service especially designed to protect seniors from fraud and scams, a $100 billion \/ year problem).<\/p>\n<p>Simple, intuitive UX is core to our value proposition, and you&#8217;ll lead the charge to make this a reality.<\/p>\n<p>Our world-facing site has three components:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A cardholder website (think online banking) designed to be friendly, simple, and usable<\/li>\n<li>Static informational content<\/li>\n<li>Frequently-updated public educational materials, like a blog and forums<\/li>\n<li>To restate bullet point one, an online banking experience that isn&#8217;t terrible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Skills &amp; Requirements<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for someone who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Believes in the company&#8217;s social mission<\/li>\n<li>Has a good eye for design<\/li>\n<li>Is excited to iterate based on extensive user-driven development and testing<\/li>\n<li>Can make things work in Javascript and HTML\/CSS (or HAML\/SASS)<\/li>\n<li>Is passionate about simplicity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>About True Link Financial<\/h2>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be one of the first six members of our venture-backed team.
