Programmer
\nThe Exhibition Media department is looking for a Media Developer\/
\nProgrammer to join the team at making computer interactives<\/p>\n
Languages:
\nExtensive experience in Flash and Director required.
\nAdditional experience in or knowledge of Processing, Max\/MSP, Jitter,
\nJava, C++, 3D engines such as Blender, Unity or Unreal considered a
\nplus.<\/p>\n
Skills:
\nProject Coordination of digital projects.
\nQuick troubleshooting a must. Ability to debug other’s code, research
\nand update old and outdated code.
\nCommitment to robust applications a must. Applicant must be able to
\nforesee and plan for potential software and hardware failures.
\nKnowledge of animation, video, and sound formats, rendering, and
\noptimization.
\nFlexibility and interest in using and creating new platforms and
\ntools, physical interfaces, using cameras and devices like the
\nArduino for input.<\/p>\n
Comfortable in OS X, Windows, and Linux. Comfort with source
\nversioning and control (CVS, subversion, git) a plus.<\/p>\n
Experience & education:
\nMinimum four years of experience
\nBachelor degree a must. Master degree a plus<\/p>\n
