reports, monitor project resource allocation and hours and provide on-going project risk management<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage proposals, Statements of Work and detailed project plans for customer integrations including timelines and effort estimates<\/li>\n<li>Work with creative, technical, UX and strategy leads from the earliest concept stage forward, to ensure the most innovative production methods are employed<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple fast-paced technical projects with short turnarounds<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all proposed creative concepts can be produced within the specified timeframe or budget<\/li>\n<li>Actively position oneself as a digital advisor, client advocate internally and an agency advocate with client<\/li>\n<li>Thrive in a highly creative, collaborative and interdepartmental environment, alongside multi-disciplinary peers with the ability to leverage multiple perspectives as pillars for innovation<\/li>\n<li>Execute Actualization aka Burn reports weekly and monthly<\/li>\n<li>Describe oneself as a \u201cdo-er\u201d and \u201cplanner\u201d in project management with proven track record in project and time\/budget management<\/li>\n<li>Successfully articulate complex digital solutions and\/or processes in a simple and engaging way (both internally and client-side)<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize workflow for a team of developers to ensure deadlines and client needs are met<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Do You Have<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-7 years of project management within a digital agency or digital marketing team, previous account\/client management experience a plus<\/li>\n<li>Strength in creatively problem-solving and critical thinking<\/li>\n<li>Experience with medium-to-large scale development and enterprise content management systems (CMS)<\/li>\n<li>Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe tracking software<\/li>\n<li>Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date technical knowledge of web, mobile and software technologies;
