\n> Have experience building internet scale web applications.
\n> Be comfortable with an MVC framework such as Ruby on Rails, Django,
\n> Struts or CakePHP.
\n> Experience with dynamic languages like Ruby or Python.
\n> Experience practicing Test Driven Development.
\n> Experience with a source control system like Git or Subversion.
\n> Practical experience with a relational database.
\n> Passion for elegant software and refactoring of existing code.
