As a Junior Designer at Sapient, you are responsible for the development and execution of creative concepts for leading-edge marketing and Web solutions. You\u2019ll be working in a creative environment with various designers, copywriters,\u00a0content strategist, interactive and front-end developers. We are looking for people who are passionate about design,\u00a0and crave working with other smart people to solve the toughest design challenges. Primary\u00a0Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Develop and frame creative concepts according to creative brief requirements<\/p>\n
\u2022 Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, color and other ingredients appropriately to create\u00a0innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs<\/p>\n
\u2022 Visualize, design and conceptualize user experiences<\/p>\n
\u2022 Create visual prototypes or screens<\/p>\n
\u2022 Extend existing visual systems\/brand guidelines across all mediums with moderate design changes or\u00a0interpretation<\/p>\n
Experience\u00a0Guidelines:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Less than 1 year of work experience excluding internship experience<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong design portfolio with 4+ years education preferred<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail is a must<\/p>\n
\u2022 A solid working knowledge of the latest versions of applicable programs — Mac OS, Fireworks, Photoshop,\u00a0Illustrator, etc.<\/p>\n
\u2022 A good working knowledge of interactivity and the Web<\/p>\n
\u2022 Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people<\/p>\n
\u2022 Self motivated, organized and accountable<\/p>\n
\u2022 Some travel may be required<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree required or equivalent military experience<\/p>\n
