The ideal candidate will possess a highly collaborative work ethic, understands how an Operations team functions, and (with a little training) can quickly master the basics of our development environment.<\/p>\n<h3>What You Do\u2026<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Hand-coding of HTML pages and interactive design, web applications, and web-based mobile experiences;<\/li>\n<li>Integrating your code with other technologies and existing markup (content management systems, API services, video players, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Working with senior developers, visual designers, and analytics and content experts;<\/li>\n<li>Deconstructing existing front-end applications and making them better;<\/li>\n<li>Advising the account team as well as our clients on technology decisions and developer best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You Have\u2026<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You are a diligent, highly motivated self-starter and detail-oriented personality who is ready to deliver production-quality work every day.
